Terms of Use

Effective date: August 16, 2026

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of poweredbyhexa.com and related communications from Powered by Hexa, a product of Pixel Palette LLC (“Powered by Hexa,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By using the site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site.

Website Purpose

The site provides general information about automation, lead capture, communication, scheduling, pipeline organization, and follow-up services for businesses. Site content is informational and does not create a client, partnership, employment, fiduciary, or other professional relationship.

Consultations, Proposals, and Services

Submitting a form or booking a consultation does not obligate either party to purchase or provide services. Any implementation scope, fees, timing, responsibilities, service levels, and other commercial terms will be stated in a separate written proposal or agreement. If a separate agreement conflicts with these Terms, the separate agreement controls for those services.

No Guaranteed Results

Automation can improve response speed, consistency, organization, and visibility, but business outcomes depend on many factors outside our control, including traffic, offers, pricing, staffing, sales performance, third-party systems, and customer behavior. We do not guarantee leads, revenue, conversions, rankings, uptime, or any specific business result unless expressly stated in a signed agreement.

Acceptable Use

  • Do not use the site for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, or harmful activity.
  • Do not attempt to gain unauthorized access to the site, accounts, systems, or data.
  • Do not interfere with site operation, introduce malicious code, scrape the site at unreasonable volume, or bypass security measures.
  • Do not impersonate another person or submit information you are not authorized to provide.

Intellectual Property

The site, branding, text, graphics, layouts, and other original materials are owned by Pixel Palette LLC or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You may view and use the site for your own legitimate business evaluation. No other license is granted, and you may not reproduce, modify, distribute, sell, or exploit site materials without prior written permission.

Third-Party Services

The site and our services may reference, link to, or integrate with third-party platforms. We do not control those services and are not responsible for their availability, security, content, terms, or privacy practices. Your use of third-party services is governed by their own agreements.

Disclaimers

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the site and its content are provided “as is” and “as available.” We disclaim implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free of harmful components.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Pixel Palette LLC and its owners, employees, contractors, and affiliates will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business opportunities arising from or related to the site. Where liability cannot be excluded, aggregate liability arising from use of the public site will not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars, except where applicable law requires otherwise.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Pixel Palette LLC and its affiliates from claims, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising from your unlawful misuse of the site, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of another person’s rights.

Changes and Availability

We may update the site or these Terms, and may suspend or discontinue any part of the site, at any time. Updated Terms become effective when posted with a revised effective date. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
