Memberships, online courses, communities, affiliate management, e-commerce/store builds, full sales funnel builds, major website redesigns, custom software integrations, advertising management, large custom campaigns and specialty QR campaigns are optional services, custom projects or add-ons. They are not included in standard packages.

Are text, email and AI charges included?
Usage is billed separately. Connect, Automate and Scale include one dedicated business phone number and the AI capabilities listed for each package. Phone calls, SMS/MMS, email, AI processing and other metered usage are billed based on consumption.
How is setup pricing determined?
Lite has no setup fee and is self-service; Hexa does not configure or manage the system. Managed setup starts at $699 for Connect, $999 for Automate and $1,499 for Scale. Final setup pricing depends on your current systems and the complexity of work within the package. Custom integrations and specialty projects are quoted separately.
Can I cancel?
Memberships can be canceled according to the service agreement. Setup fees and completed work are nonrefundable.
Do you guarantee more sales?
No. Hexa provides infrastructure to improve response, organization and follow-up. Results depend on traffic, offer quality, pricing, sales performance and other factors.
